On August 30, 2020, at approximately 10:07 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting that originated at 1218 Phinney Avenue.  Upon their arrival, they discovered the complainant, Oscar Ramirez, a 27-year-old Latin male suffering from a gunshot wound.  He was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.  Anyone with information regarding this offense is encouraged to contact Detective Gross, #9896 at 469-792-5142, or theodore.gross@dallascityhall.com.  Please refer to report #154321-2020
