On September 2, 2020, at approximately 12:30 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call at the 5200 block of Parry Ave. The victim, Rosario Maria Luna, a 44-year-old Latin female was shot by her brother, Heriberto Luna, a 32-year-old Latin male. The victim was transported to an area hospital by private conveyance, where she was later pronounced deceased. On September 3, 2020, Dallas Police arrested Heriberto Luna. He was transported to Lew Sterrett Jail and charged with murder, a felony of the first degree. His bond will be determined by a Dallas County Magistrate.
