Update: October 16, 2020
On October 15, 2020, Efrain Cisneros, a 37-year-old Latin male, was arrested for the murders of Rachel Escamilla, Peggy Bailey, and Michael Rivera on September 26, 2020, at the Super 7 Inn at 10335 Gardner Road in Dallas. Cisneros was taken to Dallas Police Headquarters and interviewed by a detective with the Homicide Unit. He was subsequently transported to Lew Sterrett Jail and charged with capital murder, a capital felony. His bond will be determined by a Dallas County Magistrate.

Through investigation, detectives have identified the person driving the vehicle pictured above as a possible person of interest in the murders of Rachel Escamilla, Peggy Bailey, and Michael Rivera on September 26, 2020 at the Super 7 Inn at 10335 Gardner Road in Dallas. The vehicle appears to be a black Ford Expedition with gray trim. The rear passenger side rim is black, while the others are factory. Detectives believe the person driving the vehicle may have information regarding this offense.

The Dallas County Medical Examiner positively identified the victims as Rachel Escamilla, a 38-year-old White female, Peggy Bailey, a 56-year-old White female, and Michael Rivera, a 33-year-old Latin male.

On September 26, 2020, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a call at 10335 Gardner Road, the Super 7 Inn, after the manager found three deceased people inside of a motel room. Dallas Fire and Rescue arrived and pronounced the victims deceased at the scene from apparent homicidal violence. The Homicide Unit responded to the scene, along with the Dallas County Medical Examiner.
