On Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at approximately 2:19 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at the Falls at Highpoint Apartments located at 9050 Markville Drive.  Upon arrival, officers found the victim Martin Stewart, a 25-year old black male, shot at the scene, and he was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.  The investigation is on-going, and no further information is available at this time.
