UPDATE 10/13/20208 at 11:15 p.m. – Critical Missing Person Noreen Lodhi has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Noreen Rehma Lodhi. On October 12, 2020, at about 11:40 p.m., Ms. Lodhi was last known to be on foot in the 1900 block of Hi Line Drive. Ms. Lodhi may be a danger to herself.

Ms. Lodhi is described as a 34-year-old White female with black hair and brown eyes. She is about 5’09” and weighs about 167 pounds with unknown clothing description.
