Homicide on Singleton Boulevard

On Thursday, October 21, 2020, the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s office has identified the victim as Fredrick Hoylee Billmeier Jr., a 50-year old White male.

On Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at approximately 4:29 a.m., Dallas police were dispatched to 2100 Singleton Blvd regarding a health and welfare check call.  Upon arrival, officers observed an unknown white male lying on the ground unresponsive.  Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased from homicidal violence. Since the victim did not have an identification card, the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s office will assist in the investigation by identifying him through fingerprints analysis.
