On Sunday, October 25, 2020, at approximately 5:21 a.m., officers responded to a health and welfare check call at 300 N. Griffin Street.  Upon arrival, officers found the victim Loc Phuoc Pham, a 35-year old Asian male, lying on the ground in a parking lot with a gunshot wound.  Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
