On October 23, 2020, at approximately 2:27 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at 2700 Howland Street.  Upon arrival, officers found the victim Angel Juarez, a 21-year old Latin male, with a gunshot wound outside the bar.  Dallas Fire-Rescue transported the victim to an area hospital where he remained in critical condition.

On Sunday, October 25, 2020, the Homicide Unit was contacted by the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s office that the victim had died from his injuries.  This is an ongoing investigation and the Dallas Police Department – Homicide Unit is asking for the public’s assistance and encouraging anyone with information to call Detective E.
