Mr. Feliberto Puga has been located and is safe.

On November 11, 2020, Mr. Feliberto Puga was last seen around 10:30 am on foot along the 600 block of Richmondell Avenue. Mr. Puga may be a danger to himself. 

Mr. Puga is described as a 16-year-old White male. He is 5’09”, 180 lbs, with black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black Adidas hooded sweatshirt and an unknown type of pants. 

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual.  Persons with information are asked to call the Police Department at 911 or (214) 671-4268.
