Homicide on Huey Street

The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s office has identified the unknown victim as Teodoro Mena, Jr., a 35-year-old Latin male.  Through the course of the investigation, the Homicide detectives determined the following individuals participated in the murder of the victim.  Suspect Adriana Christine Alvarado, a 26-year-old Latin female, was charged with Arson.  Suspect Edgar Mireles, a 39-year-old Latin male, was charged with Arson and Murder, and suspect Hector Pina, a 33-year-old Latin male, was also charged with murder.

On Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at approximately 8:06 a.m., Dallas police responded to a PD Requested by Fire call at 4800 Huey Street.  Upon arrival, officers found a burned body in the bed of a white Ford F-150 that was set on fire.  It appears the unknown victim died of homicidal violence.  The Homicide Unit and Dallas Fire Arson Unit are actively investigating this murder.
