The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual. Mindy Ortega-Pena was last seen on December 29, 2020, at about 4:30 a.m. in the 2700 block of W. Colorado Boulevard driving away in a 2001 Ford Expedition black in color with Texas license plate number MLC-6390. Ms. Ortega-Pena is described as a 39-year-old Latin female. She is 5’5″ and weighs 200 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Ms. Ortega-Pena could possibly be in danger to herself and others
