Update: January 15, 2021
On January 14, 2021, Anthony Sibrian, a 17-year-old Latin male, was arrested by Dallas Police for the murder of his father Jose Sibrian that occurred on January 5, 2021, at the 2000 block of Angelica Way. Sibrian was interviewed by a detective with the Homicide Unit and admitted to shooting and killing the victim. He was subsequently transported to Lew Sterrett Jail and charged with capital murder, a capital felony. His bond will be determined by a Dallas County Magistrate.

On January 7, 2021, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a call for police at the 2000 block of Angelica Way after the victim, Jose Sibrian, a 43-year-old Latin male, was found deceased inside of a residence. An autopsy was conducted by the Dallas County Medical Examiner and it was determined that the victim died from homicidal violence.
