On Monday, January 18, 2021, at approximately 9:47 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at 621 W. Millett Drive. Upon arrival, they located the victim, Cedric Tolbert, a 37-year old Black male, with multiple gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported the victim to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
