On February 8, 2021, at approximately 12:20 pm, the Victim was shot, during an altercation, by a black male, slender build approximately 5’09 to 5’11, wearing black adidas jogging pants, white/grey/black running shoes, a dark blue/grey hooded sweater with a white N95 style mask. The suspect was seen pointing a handgun at the victim at the 7-11 during the altercation, before chasing after the victim south from the 7-11. The victim was found shot in a nearby alley and later died at the hospital.
