The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual.  On March 11, 2021, Mr. Otis Stewart was last seen on foot at 2328 St. Francis Ave. at about 12:15 pm. Mr. Stewart may be a danger to himself or others.

He is described as a 28-year-old Black male. Mr. Stewart is 5’10”, 190 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black pants with white stripes, and white tennis shoes.
