UPDATE March 19, 2021 at 2:30 a.m. – Mr. Kelley has been located and is safe.

Tha Dallas Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Forest Leon Kelley. On March 18, 2021, at around 7:30 a.m., Mr. Kelley was last seen on foot walking in the 3600 block of Reed Lane. He may be confused and in need of assistance.

Mr. Kelley is described as a 72-year-old Black male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 5’11” and weighs about 220 pounds. Mr. Kelley was last seen wearing a black cap, black coat with white writing, white t-shirt, blue jeans and tennis shoes.
