The Dallas Police Department is seeking assistance in locating Mr. Ronald Jeffry Lloyd.  He is a 69-year-old black male, last seen March 31, 2021, at approximately 7:00 a.m.  He was walking in the 800 block of Beckleymeade Avenue. Mr. Lloyd stands 5’9″ tall and weighs 167 pounds.  He has brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen wearing a black hat, black jacket, red shirt, blue jeans, and black lace-up boots. Mr. Lloyd may be confused and in need of assistance.
