On April 11, 2021, at approximately 4:20 p.m., the subject was observed inside a restaurant at 1350 N. Hampton Road committing a lewd sex act with children present.  The subject is described as a Black male, 6’1” and 350 pounds.  He left the location in a black Ford Expedition.  Anyone with information regarding the identity of the subject is encouraged to contact Detective B.
