On April 8, 2021, at approximately 5:35 PM, the unknown female suspect pictured above walked into the complainant’s yard, made her way to the side of the house, and walked to the rear fence. The suspect opened the gate and removed the complainant’s dog, Benny, a white male Shih Tzu valued at $200.00, from the backyard. The suspect then walks back into the frame of the camera and was observed walking out of the complainant’s gate with the Shih Tzu in hand. The suspect walks over to a vehicle that is parked on the street and fled from the location.
