On March 22, 2021, at approximately 2:17 a.m., off-duty officers were flagged down regarding a motor vehicle accident on 2800 McKinney Avenue in which a pedestrian was struck by the suspect vehicle and killed. The image above was taken from security cameras at the location; the vehicle, possibly a 2009 to 2013 white Chevy Camaro, was last seen driving southbound from the location.

On March 22, 2021, at approximately 2:17 a.m., Dallas officers responded to 2800 McKinney Avenue, regarding a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. The victim, Jasmine Hassan, a 21-year old White female, was found lying on the street with a serious injury to her body. Dallas Fire Rescue responded and transported the victim to an area hospital where she was pronounced deceased. Detectives are looking for a Latin male suspect, in his early 20’s, wearing a white t-shirt who was driving a white Chevrolet Camaro. Witnesses stated that a verbal dispute occurred between the victim and the suspect. The motive and circumstances surrounding this murder are under investigation.
