On Sunday, June 13, 2021, at approximately 1:56 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at 1000 Wilbur Street. Steven Frank Valadez, a 34-year old Latin male, was found in his vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
