The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Javier Ruiz Martinez. He is a 21-year-old Latin male, standing 5’5 and weighing 190 pounds. Mr. Martinez was last seen July 4, 2021, at approximately 9:00 p.m., on foot in the 4600 block of St. Francis Avenue in Dallas, Texas 75227. He was last seen wearing a beige hoodie or jacket, with blue jeans. He may be confused and in need of assistance.
