The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual. On July 11, 2021, at approximately 10:15 a.m., Mr. Martinez was last known to be on foot in the 4600 block of St. Francis Ave. Mr. Martinez may be confused and in need of assistance.

Mr. Martinez is described as 21-year-old Hispanic male. He is 5’5″, 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing, black boots, black shorts, and a grey polo with a black collar and black sleeves.
