The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual. On July 20, 2021, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Mr. Javier Ruiz Martinez was last seen on foot in the 4600 block of St. Francis Avenue.   He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and sandals. He may be confused and in need of assistance. 

Mr. Martinez is described as a 21-year-old Latin male. He is 5’05” and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
