The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual.  On August 14, 2021, at approximately 9:00 p.m, Mr. Javier Ruiz Martinez was last known to be on foot in the 4600 block of St Francis Ave, Dallas, TX 75227. Mr. Martinez may be confused and in need of assistance.

Mr. Martinez is described as a 21-year-old Latin male. He is 5’05” and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
