On Saturday, July 31, 2021, at approximately 2:20 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at the intersection of Lemmon Avenue and Oak Lawn Avenue where the victim, Kevin Li, a 27-year old Asian male, had been shot inside of his vehicle.  Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and transported the victim to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
