The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual. On September 10, 2021, at approximately 12:00 a.m., Ms. Debrah Ann Rochon was last seen in the 7000 block of Forest Lane. She may be confused and in need of assistance.   

Ms. Rochon is described as a 70-year-old Black female, she is 5’04” and weighs 240 pounds. She has black/gray hair and brown eyes. Mrs. Rochon is driving a blue 2010 Dodge Challenger with a white front bumper and black wheels, bearing TX license plate MGB 1147.
