The suspect has been arrested and identified as 41-year-old James Adam Gallaway.

On August 15, 2021, at approximately 4:32 p.m., Dallas police responded to a call regarding an unknown White male on a bicycle firing a handgun into a vehicle at 9000 Forest Hills Boulevard.  No one was injured.  Detective Bird is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the shirtless person seen riding this bicycle.  The male has long brown hair.  Anyone with information regarding this offense is encouraged to contact Detective Marc Bird, #9794 of the Assaults Unit at 214-862-3369 or marc.bird@dallascityhall.com.  Please reference case number 146610-2021.
