The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Jack William Kemp, Jr.  Mr. Kemp is described as a black and gray-haired, brown-eyed, 72-year-old Black male who stands at 6’00” tall and weighs approximately 150lbs.

On September 24, 2021, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Mr. Kemp was last seen in the 2000 block of Highland Road in Dallas, Texas wearing a black Polo shirt, gray sweatpants with black trim around the pockets and black sketchers.  Mr. Kemp may be confused and in need of assistance.
