On Thursday, October 14, 2021, at approximately 10:34 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call at the Estancia Apts, located at 13030 Audelia Road.  Upon arrival, the victim Kerwin Martin, a 50-year old black male, was found on the ground, unresponsive outside in the parking lot near building 10.  Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced him deceased at the scene from a gunshot wound.  The motive and circumstances surrounding this murder are under investigation.
