Suspect – Diavontain Shamar Hill B/M/24

On October 24, 2021, at approximately 8:50 a.m., complainant Nizar Raiyyani was shot and killed at 4864 S. Buckner Boulevard during an argument that turned into a robbery. During the investigation, it was determined that Diavontain Shamar Hill Black male 24 years old is responsible for the Capital Murder. Homicide detectives are asking for the public’s assistance with any information they may have regarding the death of complainant Nizar Raiyyani or related to suspect Diavontain Shamar Hill. On Sunday, October 24, 2021, at approximately 8:48 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at 4800 S. Buckner Blvd.  Upon their arrival, they discovered the victim who has been identified as Nizar Noorali Raiyyani, a 46-year old male, shot at the location. Dallas Fire and Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
