The Dallas Police department is seeking assistance in identifying the theft suspect seen in these images taken from the surveillance video. On August 30, 2021, at approximately 9:15 a.m., the suspect cut the catalytic converter off the victim’s vehicle located in the 2800 block of S. Buckner Boulevard, Dallas, Texas.
