Arrests Made of Suspects in Deadly Hit and Run on Ferguson Road

Arrests have been made of Andrew Martinez, an 18-year-old Latin male,  and  Brayan Ontiverosmontoya, a 19-year-old Latin male, in connection with this deadly hit and run accident.  They both will be charged with Racing Causing Serious Bodily Injury and Accident Involving Death.

On November 26, 2021, at approximately 2:15 p.m., a black Chevrolet Impala was racing a yellow Chevrolet Camaro (both pictured above, including a stock photo of the Impala) traveling south on 10100 Ferguson Road. The suspect in the Chevrolet Impala struck and killed an elderly pedestrian. Both vehicles fled the scene and failed to stop and render aid. Vehicle Crimes Detectives are searching for the two above pictured vehicles. The Chevrolet Impala is believed to be a 2014-2020 LTX/Premier model. The vehicle will have chrome side mirror caps and chrome body side molding (pictured in the stock photo above). The vehicle may have damage to the front passenger headlight & fog light. The Chevrolet Camaro is yellow with a black racing stripe on the hood (as seen in the above picture).
