The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Fulton Plouche. On December18, 2021, at about 7:11 a.m., Mr. Plouche was last seen in the 1700 block of Eastcliff Drive, Dallas Texas. He may be confused and in need of assistance.

Mr. Plouche is described as a 86-year-old Black male. He is 5’06”, weighs 127 pounds, with white hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black pants, bluish green long sleeve shirt and black shoes.
