Dallas Police Department Vehicle Crimes Unit Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the person or vehicle involved in the death of Anthony Ryan, a White male approximately 33 years old.  Mr. Ryan was last seen on December 12, 2021, at approximately 12:45 a.m. and is believed to have been walking at 7400 Ferguson Road pushing a green shopping cart in the street when he was struck by an unknown vehicle.  The unknown vehicle fled the location without providing aid.  Mr. Ryan was killed as a result of his injuries.
