UPDATE January 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. –

On January 25, 2022, the Dallas Police Department’s Fugitive Unit arrested the suspect involved in the aggravated sexual assault of a child offense that occurred on January 1, 2022, in the 17800 block of Campbell Road. The suspect has been identified as 48-year-old Keisharene Chanell Santiago.  Santiago was arrested without incident in the 4800 block of Haverwood Lane, Dallas.

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect involved in an aggravated sexual assault of a child. On January 1, 2022, at about 5:00 p.m., an unknown suspect committed an aggravated sexual assault of a child in the 17800 block of Campbell Road.  The suspect is described as a Black female, 30 – 40 years of age, with long blond braids, and wearing a dark colored coat and skirt.  The suspect was observed walking two small white dogs and driving a red car.
