CLEAR Alert / Critical Missing-Kyaira Williams

On Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at approximately 4:05 p.m., officers located the CLEAR Alert victim, Kyaira Nicole Williams, a 25-year-old, Black female at southbound 8800 Julius Schepps Freeway under a bridge with multiple gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced her deceased at the scene.

During the course of the investigation, Dallas Police Homicide Detectives arrested Brannon Williams, a 26-year-old Black male, who is her husband for this murder. Suspect Williams was transported to the Dallas County Jail where his bond will be set by a Dallas County Magistrate. This murder is documented on Case Number # 033471-2022.

The Critical Missing has been upgraded to a CLEAR alert. CLEAR stands for Coordinated Law Enforcement Adult Rescue Alert. This new alert system will assist law enforcement in locating and rescuing missing adults who may have been kidnapped, abducted, or who are in immediate danger of injury or death, as well as aid in locating any potential suspects.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kyaira Nicole Williams. On February 21, 2022, at about 5:30 PM, Mrs. Williams was last seen in the 9700 block of Walnut Street in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Williams may be in need of assistance.

Mrs. Williams is described as a 25 years-old Black female. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has brown hair with light brown tips and brown eyes. Persons with information are asked to call the Police Department at 911 or (214) 671-4268.
