On Thursday, February 24, 2022, at approximately 3:48 p.m., Dallas officers responded to a disturbance call at 3425 S. Polk Street. Upon arrival, officers found the victim, Zarea Kesha Lanell Dixon, a 25-year-old Black female, inside her residence deceased from homicidal violence. The motive and circumstances surrounding the murder are under investigation with no suspect in custody.
