Homicide on Swiss Avenue/ N. Hall Street

The victim has been identified as Wayne Williams.

On Thursday, March 17, 2022, at approximately 6:19 a.m., Dallas Police responded to 3300 Swiss Avenue regarding a shooting. Upon arrival, the unknown adult male victim was found on the street with a gunshot wound. He was transported to Baylor Hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue, where he later died. The motive and circumstances surrounding the murder are still under investigation. Since the victim did not have an identification card, the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s office will attempt to identify him through fingerprints analysis.
