On March 27, 2022, the suspect physically assaulted the complainant inside the El Pulpo #3 Restaurant at 7918 Lake June Rd., Dallas, Texas. The complainant later dies of injuries sustained in this assault. The suspect is a Latin male, medium build, with black hair. The suspect’s hair is cut short on the top and sides and long in the back. The suspect has a diamond tattoo going from above his left eye to below it. The suspect also has sleeve tattoos on both arms.
