The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the below individual.

On April 19, 2022, at about 2:15 pm, Mr. Garcia was last seen on foot in the 2200 block of East Ledbetter Drive. Mr. Garcia may be in need of assistance.

Mr. Garcia is described as a 28-year-old Hispanic male. He is 5’06” and weighs 120 pounds with black hair, and brown eyes. Mr. Garica was last seen wearing a white shirt with red letters, white jeans, and black Adidas shoes
