The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an Animal Cruelty suspect who abandoned two guinea pigs on April 16, 2022, outside of a business at 1410 N Fitzhugh Ave. The offense is documented on case number 065856-2022. The guinea pigs were turned over to SPCA and are doing well.
