Information Wanted in Animal Cruelty Offense

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify the suspect who committed the offense Cruelty to Non-Livestock Animal – Abandonment.

On July 31, 2022, at about 2:40 p.m., a sick mixed breed puppy was abandoned in the 3300 block of Highland Wood Drive by an unidentified female in a maroon Hyundai with black rims and dark tinted windows. The puppy was unable to recover from his illness and died.
