The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual. On September 6, 2022, at approximately 5:00 pm, Jerry Smith was last seen in the 8000 Block of Frankford Road. Jerry Smith is driving a Black 2013 Lexus ES350 bearing a Texas License Plate #GG69DB in an unknown direction. Jerry Smith may be confused and in need of assistance.

Mr. Smith is described as an 82-year-old white male. He is 6’0″, 200 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. It is unknown what he was last wearing.
