Mr. Holmes has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the above Critical Missing Person Terry J Homes.  On October 20, 2022, at about 7:30am Mr. Holmes was observed on video walking out of his residence in an unknown direction in the 8200 block of Scyene Rd, Dallas, Tx. Mr. Holmes may be confused and in need of assistance.

He is described as a 79-year-old Black male. Mr. Holmes is 6’01”, 185 pounds, and has grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing Red shoes, blue jeans, black jacket with paint splatter on the back.
