The victim has been identified as 49-year-old Hector Antonio Ruvalcaba.

On Monday, December 26, 2022,  at approximately 11:48 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call at 2300 Kingwood Drive. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found a man dead, shot inside a vehicle. The identity of the victim is unknown.
