Kailon has been located and he is safe

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the above Critical Missing Person Kailon Speed. On January 9, 2023, at about 7:40 pm Mr. Speed was last seen in the 7600 block of S Westmoreland RD, Dallas, TX 75224 on foot. Mr. Speed may be confused and in need of assistance.

He is described as 12-year-old Black male. He is 5’1”, 120 pounds, and he is black hair with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, light green pants, light green shoes.
