The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the above Critical Missing Person Fred Harrison. On January 7, 2023, at about 9:00 am Mr. Harrison was last seen in the 600 block of Wildrose Dr, Dallas, TX 75224 on foot. Mr. Harrison may be confused and in need of assistance.

He is described as 82-year-old Black male. He is 5’11”, 175 pounds, and he is bald with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, khaki pants
