Jorge Carrasco and Mario Melgar have been safely located.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Jorge Carrasco and Mario Melgar.

Jorge Carrasco is described as a black-haired, brown-eyed, 11-year-old Latin male, who stands at about 5’0” tall and weighs about 100 lbs.  He was last seen wearing a red hoodie, maroon jeans, and a black backpack.

Mario Melgar is described as a black-haired, hazel-eyed, 7-year-old Latin male, who stands at about 3’6” tall and weighs about 80 lbs.  He was last seen wearing a black jacket, white shirt, khaki pants, and a black backpack.

They were last seen on foot, in the 13000 block of Montfort Drive on January 26, 2023, at 8:00 a.m.
