Help Needed with Identity of Male Found in the Trinity River

The Dallas Police Department and the Dallas County Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man found dead on January 18, 2023, in the area of the Loop 12 boat ramp. A passerby saw the man floating in the Trinity River and called for police.
 
The man is described as either White or Hispanic. He is approximately 5’7″ and has a surgically amputated right hand. The man also had numerous tattoos, which are pictured here. 
The name “Anthony Luna” was tattooed on his right shoulder, and the name “Jose” was tattooed across the knuckles of his left hand. He also had a tattoo of a woman on his lower left flank and a rosary on his left hand/arm.
